  • Hot Vinyasa Flow

    All levels | Heated (90 – 100°F)

    This all-levels vinyasa flow blends creative sequencing with breath-driven movement for a full-body experience. Sweat, strengthen, and stretch in rhythm, with options to scale the intensity up or down. You’ll leave grounded, energized, and reconnected.

  • Hot Power Flow

    Intermediate | Advanced | Heated (95–100°F)

    Step into the heat and challenge your edge with this intermediate to advanced vinyasa flow demands strength, control, and focus. Expect intelligent, creative sequencing that layers balance, arm balances, and inversions with breath-driven movement. Each class builds heat through dynamic transitions, longer holds, and powerful core integration.

  • Strength X

    All levels | Warm (85 – 90°F)

    Strength X is your power ritual. A curated fusion of strength, cardio, and movement designed to strengthen every major muscle group. This class moves with purpose: from upper and lower body strength blocks to high-intensity bursts and deep core work, all set to a soul-shaking soundtrack in a warm space. Expect complex movement and a full-body burn that leaves you stronger, centered, and fully charged.

  • Sculpt & Flow

    All Levels | Light Heat (80 – 90°F)

    Where strength meets stillness. A heated class blends yoga-inspired movement with resistance training and bursts of cardio to tone muscle, boost endurance, and elevate your practice. Expect dynamic flows with light weights, mindful sweat, and a deep, grounding stretch to finish.

  • Pilates X

    All Levels | Heated (90 - 95°)

    Pilates X, a heated fusion format blending classical Pilates precision with functional strength and intentional flexibility work. Designed for total-body conditioning, the class enhances posture, stability, and control all within a heated room (90–95 °F) to deepen focus, increase circulation, and amplify muscular engagement.

  • Lift & Lengthen

    All Levels | Light Heat (80 – 90°F)

    Where strength meets grace. Barre and Pilates-inspired, this class is designed to sculpt, tone, and elongate your entire body. Expect small, precise movements, high reps, and deep core activation, all set to energizing music in a gently heated room. This low-impact, high-burn workout builds strength, balance, and posture, leaving you feeling longer, leaner, and lit from within.

  • Restore & Reset

    All Levels | Light Heat (80 – 90°F)

    Slow it all the way down with an all-levels class blends gentle movement with deeply restorative poses to help you unwind, reset, and return to center. Expect long-held, supported postures, calming breath work, and a nervous system–soothing vibe from start to finish.

  • Warm Slow Flow

    All Levels | Light Heat (80 – 90°F)

    Warm Slow Flow is an all-levels, vinyasa-style class practiced at a slower pace with longer holds and thoughtful, intentional sequencing. Blending dynamic stretching, mobility, and mindful movement, this class helps you deepen body awareness, build functional strength, and expand usable ranges of motion. Warm Slow Flow invites you to move with greater ease, control, and intention—perfect for anyone looking to slow down while still engaging in a purposeful, flowing practice.

  • Wildlings (Kids Yoga)

    Unheated. Grades K–5. No experience needed. 

    Where movement meets imagination. In this playful class, kids build strength, balance, and confidence through age-appropriate yoga flows, games, and mindfulness activities. Each week, we explore themes like animals, nature, and kindness helping little bodies grow strong and little minds stay calm.
