  • Hot Vinyasa Flow

    All levels | Heated (90 – 100°F)

    This 60-minute, all-levels vinyasa flow blends creative sequencing with breath-driven movement for a full-body experience. Sweat, strengthen, and stretch in rhythm, with options to scale the intensity up or down. You’ll leave grounded, energized, and reconnected.

  • Strength X

    All levels | Warm (70 – 80°F)

    Sculpt X is your power ritual — a curated fusion of strength, cardio, and movement designed to strengthen every major muscle group. This 55-minute class moves with purpose: from upper and lower body strength blocks to high-intensity bursts and deep core work, all set to a soul-shaking soundtrack in a warm space. Expect complex movement and a full-body burn that leaves you stronger, centered, and fully charged.

  • Sculpt & Flow

    All Levels | Light Heat (80 – 90°F)

    Where strength meets stillness. This 60-minute heated class blends yoga-inspired movement with resistance training and bursts of cardio to tone muscle, boost endurance, and elevate your practice. Expect dynamic flows with light weights, mindful sweat, and a deep, grounding stretch to finish.

  • Lift & Lengthen

    All Levels | Light Heat (80 – 90°F)

    Where strength meets grace. This 60-minute barre and Pilates-inspired class is designed to sculpt, tone, and elongate your entire body. Expect small, precise movements, high reps, and deep core activation — all set to energizing music in a gently heated room. This low-impact, high-burn workout builds strength, balance, and posture, leaving you feeling longer, leaner, and lit from within.

  • Restore & Reset

    All Levels | Light Heat (80 – 90°F)

    Slow it all the way down. This 60-minute all-levels class blends gentle movement with deeply restorative poses to help you unwind, reset, and return to center. Expect long-held, supported postures, calming breath work, and a nervous system–soothing vibe from start to finish.

  • Range

    All Levels | Light Heat (80 – 90°F)

    Range is an all-levels class designed to develop maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. Blending dynamic stretching, joint mobility drills, and mindful movement, this class enhances performance, supports recovery, and helps you move with more ease and intention.

  • Wildlings (Kids Yoga)

    Unheated. Grades K–5. No experience needed. 

    Where movement meets imagination. In this playful class, kids build strength, balance, and confidence through age-appropriate yoga flows, games, and mindfulness activities. Each week, we explore themes like animals, nature, and kindness — helping little bodies grow strong and little minds stay calm.
