Courtney Campbell
Before falling in love with yoga, Courtney spent most of her time chasing PRs and pounding pavement as a half and full marathon runner. Back then, she actively avoided yoga, convinced it wasn’t for her. (Spoiler: she was wrong.) What started as a way to stretch sore muscles turned into a powerful practice that transformed her relationship with herself. Now, Courtney can’t imagine life without it. As a teacher, she’s passionate about creating a space where students feel safe to explore, connect, and be themselves, whether they’re flowing, laughing, crying, or just trying to stay upright in a balance pose. While she loves working towards more advanced asanas, she still believes the most meaningful part of the practice happens off the mat.
