    When Patti discovered yoga, she quickly realized its greatest gifts extended far beyond the physical practice. Yoga became a steady anchor through motherhood, life's transitions, and the everyday balancing act of family, work, and personal growth.

    Patti believes some of life's most transformative moments happen when we step away from our routines, embrace new experiences, and give ourselves permission to simply be present.

    At The Wild Escape, Patti is most excited to share sunrise practices & meaningful conversations.

    Favorite Destination: Anywhere I can start the day with a sunrise walk and end it with my toes in the sand.

Whether she's teaching at The Wild OM, squeezing in a run, joining a group fitness class, or trying to make progress on her ever-growing "to be read" list, she's always looking for ways to stay energized and connected.

    As the founder of The Wild OM, executive coach, and mother of two, Mari spends most days balancing business ownership, family life, and her endless curiosity about what helps people thrive. She is passionate about bringing people together in meaningful ways and creating experiences that leave them feeling energized, inspired, and deeply connected.

    At The Wild Escape, Mari is most excited to share a week filled with movement, laughter, beautiful conversations, and unforgettable experiences.

How to Sign Up

  • Click the button below to begin the application process! You will be prompted to fill out a quick form to request your room and share a bit about yourself! Space is limited in the retreat and we anticipate a waitlist.

  • You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of submitting your application! This will provide you with next steps on how to officially reserve your room and trip to the Wild Escape retreat!

  • Once you receive your Retreat Welcome email with information on how to pay the deposit, you’ll have 48 hours to pay a $500 non-refundable payment to the Wild OM (Venmo, cash, or check accepted). If this isn’t paid within 48 hours, we will move down the waitlist.

  • Once we receive your deposit, you’re in and you’re room is officially reserved! Cayman Islands here we come! You will receive a Welcome Packet which includes all information to prepare you for your Wild Escape!

    You do not need to be an advanced yogi or strength expert to attend.

  • Your retreat investment includes:

    • Luxury villa accommodations

    • Daily yoga and fitness classes led by The Wild OM teaching team

    • Human Design workshop experiences

    • Daily meals

    • Planned group excursions and activities

    • Group transportation during retreat activities (where applicable)

    • Welcome gift

    • Plenty of time to relax, connect, and enjoy paradise

    • Travel insurance

  • No. The deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot on the retreat.

  • If you cancel before your final payment is due, you will receive a full refund of all payments made excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit.

    If you cancel after final payment has been made, a portion of your retreat investment may be refunded, depending on timing and our ability to refill your spot.

    After January 1, 2027, no refunds will be granted.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of:

    • Illness

    • Injury

    • Family emergencies

    • Flight disruptions

    • Weather-related issues

    Travel insurance provides the greatest protection should unexpected circumstances arise.

  • Yes.

    Your passport must be valid for international travel and should not expire within six months of your travel dates.

  • Yes.

    You'll have the opportunity to:

    • Request a specific roommate

    • Indicate if you'd like us to match you with another guest

    We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

  • While the final schedule is still being curated, expect a mix of:

    • Morning movement classes

    • Delicious chef-prepared meals

    • Free time for rest and exploration

  • Yes and, although strongly encouraged, all activities and classes are optional. We've intentionally designed the retreat with plenty of space to:

    • Relax by the water

    • Read a book

    • Schedule a spa treatment

    • Connect with other guests

    • Simply do nothing at all

  • This is an intimate retreat experience with limited capacity. Spots are intentionally capped to create meaningful connection and ensure every guest receives a personalized experience. There are 17 available spots on the retreat.

  • Because winter in New England is long. Because rest shouldn't be something you earn. Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step away from your routine, move your body, laugh with new friends, dive into crystal-clear water, and come home feeling like yourself again.
