Mandy is wild about her two little girls, laughing with friends at the beach, and creating space where women feel strong, connected, and celebrated in every stage of life. Teaching yoga for more than 16 years, she blends experience across vinyasa, yin, and restorative practices with a deep passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum.
Certified in Prenatal Yoga and the Body Ready Method, Mandy brings knowledge of body balance, functional movement, and breathwork into her classes. Whether you’re sweating through a strong flow or finding steadiness in prenatal practice, her teaching is designed to empower, ground, and inspire. Expect intentional movement, music that carries you, and the reminder that transformation happens one breath at a time.
And when she’s not teaching, Mandy is helping behind the scenes — making sure The Wild OM continues to grow as a space for community, creativity, and care.
