Meg is wild about her two kids, her cats, the coast of Maine, and the calm connection yoga brings on and off the mat. With more than twenty years as an oncology nurse in Boston, she knows the power of finding balance, strength, and care in everyday life. Yoga became her sanctuary, and now she’s passionate about sharing that same gift with others. Expect classes that link breath with movement and make yoga accessible to every body.
