Mike is wild about pushing limits, finding balance, and helping others discover what’s possible when body and mind work together. His journey began in 2012 when becoming a father inspired him to overhaul his lifestyle, shed nearly 50 pounds, and trade unhealthy habits for marathons, obstacle races, and long-distance challenges.

In 2016, he became a certified personal trainer and has since guided countless clients toward healthier, stronger lives. Today, alongside his work as a mental health counselor, Mike continues to inspire transformation through fitness and yoga. On the mat, he sees yoga as both practice and metaphor: the challenges we face shape us, the process itself is the reward, and every pose is an invitation to evolve. Expect classes that are powerful, purposeful, and deeply grounding, and designed to meet you where you are and move you toward your strongest self.
