Ray is wild about mindful movement, strong bodies, and keeping yoga both safe and fun. Teaching heated power yoga since 2007, his classes are the evolution of nearly two decades of practice, study, and experience as both teacher and student. Rooted in alignment and anatomy, Ray’s flows honor tradition while protecting the body from overuse — creating space to explore strength, presence, and play without fear of injury. Beyond the mat, he’s a massage therapist of more than 10 years and teaches anatomy to yoga instructors, blending science and spirit into everything he shares.
